60. Noticing thoughts
It's a pithy one from me today, continuing the theme of observing habits of thoughts I have recorded a guided meditation to support your practice.
Use it when you are looking to shine a spotlight on the quality of your mind, perhaps if struggling with thoughts that feel sticky or that revisit you often in the day; those thoughts that hijack your brain in unhelpful ways. These thoughts aren’t necessarily negative - they can simply be consuming or distracting.
